The Hermitage, Butcombe

MAXIMUM of 2 adults.
Due to the idyllic surroundings of the Hermitage, we regret that pets are excluded.
Arrival and departure times can be tailor-made to suit you, if possible. (Standard arrival time is 3 pm on the day of arrival and 10 am on the day of departure)
If you need to cancel your booking due to a positive COVID result or change in government restrictions then any fees paid will be returned to you in full.

A refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Smoking is not permitted within the Hermitage.

CONDITIONS

The number of people occupying the Hermitage must not exceed those booked.  The person booking the Hermitage will be responsible for the obligations and conditions of the booking.

No responsibility can be accepted for personal possessions in the property or for cars parked outside the property.

Person booking will not pass his/her booking to another party.
Any damage to the property must be reported. Accidental damage or breakages over the value of £10 will be charged to the occupier.

In the event of the Hermitage becoming uninhabitable for the following reasons:
Fire, flood, electricity or gas or water supply interruption, boiler or oil supply failure or acts of God we reserve the right to offer a pro-rata refund. We cannot be liable for compensation due to loss of enjoyment in the event of the letting being affected by any of the above occurrences.

All statements are made and the information is given in good faith is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief but the proprietor accepts no liability in the event of any such statement or information being untrue or incorrect.
The proprietor accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, family, visitors, vehicles or personal effects howsoever caused.

The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorized person off the premises.
